Policies
Everyone runs a few minutes late at some point in time. But sometimes it can disrupt others schedules. So my goal is to provide quality hair care services to all my guests in a timely manner. No Shows, late arrivals and cancelations inconvenience not only myself my other guests as well.

Cancelations
When you schedule an appointment, you reserve a time slot on our calendar, making it unavailable to other clients. To ensure consideration for other guests at Poppy and Pine Salon, we kindly request that you inform Beverley directly via text or call at 709-770-2020 as soon as you become aware that you will be unable to attend your appointment.
Should a cancellation be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service must be sent via EMT before booking your next appointment.
Given the high demand for appointments, your timely notice allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late Cancelation
and No Shows
A cancellation is deemed late if it occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A "No Show" is defined as a missed appointment without prior cancellation.
In either instance, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to the customer's next appointment.
We recognize that your time is valuable, just as the time of your stylist is. Your cooperation in adhering to our scheduling policies is greatly appreciated.
Late Arrivals
Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment is very important. No one likes when their stylist is running late for their appointment and when one appointment runs into the next, the whole days schedule is effected.
15 minutes is the maximum amount of time an appointment can be delayed. Anything past 15 minutes may cause your salon services to be reduced or canceled.
